01Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No contracts on monthly or recurring memberships — cancel anytime, no fee, no hassle, no exit interview. Prepaid memberships run for their full term and are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to another person or pause them if you’re injured or relocating.
02How does the GymMaster app work for entry?
After you sign up online, download the GymMaster mobile app (iOS or Android), log in with your member credentials, and tap the in-app “Check-in” key when you arrive at the door. The door unlocks. No fobs, no front desk wait, no hunting for an access card.
03Can I freeze or hold my membership?
Yes. Monthly and recurring members can hold their membership at no charge. Just submit a hold request through the member portal, and your account picks up exactly where it left off.
04Do you offer a free trial or tour?
We offer facility tours — book one through our contact form or contact Chad directly. We don’t run open-ended free trials, but a day pass is $25 if you’d rather just train and decide afterward, and the day-pass cost can be applied as credit toward a monthly signup.
05What’s the refund policy on prepaid memberships?
Prepaid memberships are non-refundable but transferable to another person and pausable for documented medical or relocation reasons. Day passes and weekly passes are non-refundable once activated.
06Do you have a corporate or group rate?
No — we don’t offer corporate or group rates. To keep things fair, everyone pays the same.
